Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you carry out commercial activities to generate sales and new business opportunities, and provide after-sales support for clients.

Requirements
- Diploma in marketing, business administration or equivalent.
- No working experience required; on-job training provided.
- Experience in sales and tenders would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you analyse business data to devise marketing strategies that increase revenue and expand the market share of the business.

Responsibilities
Business Data Analysis- Analyse business and economic data to identify trends in car park movement and obtain insights into the effectiveness of current marketing strategies.
Strategy Development and Implementation- Formula marketing strategies using business data to increase car park revenue.
- Negotiate and communicate marketing strategies to customers to obtain buy-in and implementation.
- Design signages to communicate changes in car park rates and identify effective placement locations to optimise the visibility of the signages.
- Enhance existing marketing strategies through regular reviews of business data and customer feedback.
- Identify potential opportunities for new business and work with the business development team to secure deals.

Requirements
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Marketing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in using graphic design software is an advantage.

Admin Officer (Seasons)
As an Admin Officer, you process season parking applications for Secure Parking’s managed carparks.

Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email enquiries from season parkers.
- Process and update season parkers on requests such as applications, extensions, renewals and terminations.
- Maintain accurate season parking records by preparing invoices, renewal notices, credit notes and collection listings.
- Prepare monthly season carpark reports for business units and clients.

Requirements
- At least GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Working experience in accounting related roles is an advantage.
- Possess effective communication and customer management skills.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
Admin Officer (Operations)
As an Admin Officer, you provide administrative support to the operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of service to customers.

- Facilitate effective internal and external communications through various channels such as phone and email and maintain organised records of correspondences.
- Track the KPIs and service levels of business units.
- Prepare training materials and performance review documentation.

Customer Service Officer (Control Centre)
As a Customer Service Officer, you act as the first point of contact for customers to resolve or escalate issues for resolution. You also perform administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of operations.

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone, email or in-person.
- Check and monitor CCTVs for discrepancies, system issues and incidents.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to escalate car park cases to the Operations or Technical teams.
- Monitor incident queues and work with operational teams to ensure escalated cases are resolved within the required service levels and customer requirements.
- Perform investigations and process refunds for customers.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer data such as service reports etc.
- Monitor and track manpower deployment for Operations and Technical teams.

Requirements
- At least GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the customer service or call centre roles.
- Required to work rotating shifts due to 24/7 operations of control centre.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word).
Technician
As a Technician, you provide technical support to new and existing car parks and work with contractors to ensure the completion of works required. You also upkeep and perform preventive maintenance on parking equipment and maintain the required documentation for work done

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment, diagnosis of breakdowns and enhance servicing of car park systems.
- Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, and replacement of parts and components at car park sites.
- Assist in resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Perform start-up works for new car parks and termination works for handing over of existing car parks, such as termination of telephone lines, coordinating with contractors to install or dismantle signage and equipment etc.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with projects on site.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records, etc.
- Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders.

Requirements
- At least a NITEC or professional certificate in Technical or Engineering related specialisations (Computer/ Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Industrial etc).
- Willing to work in different car park locations.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 licence.
Response Officer
As a Response Officer, you provide operations support to new and existing car parks and ensure daily operations to completion of works required

- Attend to operational system breakdowns.
- Attend to car park enforcement duties & daily operations.
- Attend to motorist’s enquiries.
- Perform patrolling duties by motorcycle.
- Scan parked offence notice.
- Check the performance of the car park system.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Rotating shift duties.

- At least secondary education.
- Holding valid Class 2/2B licence with motorbike.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- People and customer management; positive attitude.
- Commitment to deliver and meet working targets.
